Summary:
A Business Development Intern will be a detail-oriented go-getter with a passion for opening new doors. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth efforts, handling vendor onboarding information, tackling crucial action items, and supporting the business development team by scheduling pivotal sales meetings and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales-process management to support business development initiatives.
- Seamlessly complete vendor onboarding forms and documentation.
- Proactively track and manage action items needed to unlock new business opportunities.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of high-impact sales meetings and activities.
- Provide vital administrative support to the business development team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Capabilities:
- BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing is helpful.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Proficiency in form management and documentation processes.
- Stellar time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
- Prior experience in business development or administrative support is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
